Vietnamese quail egg croquettes (Trứng cút bách hoa, Chả tôm bọc trứng cút)

♥ Ingredients:
(10 croquettes)

10 quail eggs
1 cup shrimp paste (½ of the shrimp paste portion made in my Grilled shrimp on sugarcane recipe. Watch my video recipe for instructions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-wY5WVfuvVY)
1 egg, beaten
2 cups bread crumbs
¼ cup cornstarch
Oil for deep frying

2 cúp bột chiên xù
¼ cup bột bắp (hoặc bột năng, bột gạo đều okie)
